Overall, I rated the build quality of the combo an 8 out of 10. Despite not owning the combo for long enough to speak to its long-term durability, early impressions led me to believe I’d be using it for many years to come. In terms of comfort and balance, I found the Revo X slightly tip-heavy when holding the reel. However, this feeling diminished once I gripped the rod firmly. I rated the comfort at a solid 7 out of 10, thanks in part to the EVA split-grip foam handle that kept the rod secure in my hand, even in wet conditions. The handle’s diameter was perfectly balanced, avoiding the extremes of feeling either too bulky or too flimsy.
